Material Tectonics and Textural Contrasts

The material palette is shaped around the dual concepts of naturality and prestige. Chevron oak parquet flooring evokes traditional craftsmanship and warmth, while exposed terrazzo surfaces in transition areas and veined marble finishes within wet spaces reinforce the contemporary and dynamic character of the interior. Copper and bronze accents are integrated into furniture details and lighting elements, creating visual hierarchy, material richness, and a cohesive design language throughout the space.

Lighting and Atmospheric Composition

One of the strongest architectural features of the project is the ceiling composition, defined by a grid-based suspended ceiling system. Amber-toned linear LED lighting filtered through the grid structure creates a carefully controlled interplay of light and shadow, enhancing the perception of depth within the space.

This lighting strategy responds to changing illumination requirements throughout the day while introducing the sophisticated ambiance of a warm sunset. The result is an environment that feels both inviting and refined, supporting the experiential nature of the project.

Functional Zoning and Circulation

The spatial organization revolves around a centrally positioned ovoid reception and interaction desk, which serves as the primary focal point of the interior. From this central element, circulation naturally flows toward waiting areas, private consultation niches, and operational workspaces.

Engraved map details applied to the glass partition panels maintain visual transparency while establishing a subtle sense of privacy. These elements contribute to the travel-oriented narrative of the space, reinforcing both functionality and identity within the overall design concept.
